| When you order from Mayhem and Chaos you will be sent an automated email. That email total will not include postage, however you will be sent a second email with invoice that does include postage costs. Postage is charged at current Australia Post rates, according to weight of parcel. We do ship internationally, and as above, any charges will be charged at current Australia Post rates.

| All prices quoted on the site for items are in Australian Dollars. At this point in time we only offer two methods of payment - Paypal and Direct Deposit. Direct Deposit is only available to customers within Australia.

| All yarns and fibres are hand dyed, and as is the nature of hand dyeing, every skein is unique, even within the same dye lot. It is reccomended that you purchase as much as you need for the item you have in mind, and that you switch between balls of yarn regularly if buying more than one.
